Hourly production – 30 – 35 Kg, approximately five to six batches per hour.
Variable batch size – The on board microprocessor monitors the freezing cycle allowing full or part batches to be frozen without the need to make any adjustments to the machines operation.
Automatic operation -The batch freezer is designed with automatic features ideal for the inexperienced operator. The internal microprocessor monitors the refrigeration, mechanical and electrical system to ensure consistent freezing regardless of the type of product being frozen. Maximising output whilst ensuring high product quality standards.
Semi-automatic setting – Ideal for the more experienced ice cream maker, the semi-automatic setting can be selected to allow the operator to personalise the freezing cycle according to different product requirements. Ideal for Italian ice and granitas.
Automatic consistency control
The machine automatically senses the product viscosity to control the refrigeration system for perfect results each and every time, batch after batch.
Two-speed beater –Quickly ejects the ice cream when the batch has finished, leaving minimal residue in the freezing cylinder.
Rinse tap – Retractable rinse hose located on the front panel makes rinsing and cleaning quick and easy
